On the 21st of June, DLF Emporio commemorated "International Yoga Day" by organizing two very special sessions conducted by Neha Lidder- AVP, Head of Marketing at DLF Luxury Retail and Hospitality, who also happens to be a Certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher.

Brand heads and other professionals began their day with an enriching yoga session conducted on the ground floor. Starting with light movements, the session progressed smoothly towards asanas which encouraged stretching and balancing of the body.

After the session, people enjoyed servings of fresh fruits and juices provided at Cha Shi. Everyone in attendance, young and old, took away with them a very important reminder to introspect one's body, mind and soul.
