SUMMER SAFETY TIPS
 
Summer season calls for experimenting with fashion, but one must also pay attention to their skin and health.
Here are some important summer safety tips to protect your skin and your overall health:
First and foremost, use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 30 irrespective of the season, time or place.
Use a walnut, tomato and lemon scrubs to get rid of tan and sunburn.
Use a lightweight water and gel based moisturizer. The heavy formulation can make your skin breakout.
Carry a face mist to avoid inflammations. We suggest rose and lavender face mists.
Protect your eyes with a pair of sunglasses and your hair with a wide brimmed hat.
Eat fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants such as oranges, blackberries, raspberries, and summer squash.
Stay hydrated throughout the day. Ensure you drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
